EULA - End User License Agreement

The LeeLead PhotoPrter is shareware. This means:

1,All copyrights to LeeLead PhotoPrter are exclusively owned by the author ? LeeLead Multimedia Software Studio ? .

2,Anyone may use this software of unregistered version for about 30 times, Following this test period of 30 times or less, if you wish to continue to use LeeLead PhotoPrter, you MUST register.

3,Once registered, the user will get a register file, this file contain the users info. you can not rent, lease, sell, modify register file. the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use LeeLead PhotoPrter on one computer (i.e. a single CPU).

4, The LeeLead PhotoPrter unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of LeeLead PhotoPrter without written permission from the copyright holder( LeeLead Multimedia Software Studio ).

5, You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the copyright holder( LeeLead Multimedia Software Studio ).

6, Installing and using LeeLead PhotoPrter signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove LeeLead PhotoPrter files from your storage devices.
